Overview

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase from Smart Deals Hub. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’ve made our return process simple and hassle-free.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return eligible items within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: The dress must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Original Tags Attached: All original tags and labels must still be attached to the item.
  • No Odors or Stains: The item must be free of any visible signs of wear, makeup, deodorant marks, or distinct odors (like perfume or smoke).
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging or a secure, protective outer package.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
  • Gift Cards.
  • Selected Accessories (e.g., hosiery, intimate wear, etc., if applicable to your future inventory).

3. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to process your return quickly:

  1. Contact Us: Email our Returns team within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order Number and the Item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not send items back without an RA number.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package your item(s). Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Processing: Once we receive the package, our quality team will inspect the items (typically within 3-5 business days).

4. Refunds and Processing

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Method: The full cost of the item(s) will be credited back to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to reflect in your bank or payment account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please follow the simple return process above for the unwanted item and place a new order for the item you would like instead. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible and reduces the chance of it selling out.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a dress that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at orders@smartdealshubz.store. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on stock availability. Please include photographic evidence of the damage in your email.
